Year 1 have been learning about Space and Tim Peake and were very excited to be able to visit Winchester Science Centre to find out even more.

We started our day off by visiting 'Explorer Space' where we found out some interesting space facts and got to play with some amazing hands-on exhibits.

A highlight of the day was definitely the Planetarium show..... the seats were very comfy! We laid back in our seats, looked up at the sky and got to fly through the Solar System learning about different planets on the way. 

We had a super day and are now know even more about space. I think we might have some future astronauts in Year 1!
