Year 1 had a fantastic time visiting Winchester Science Centre. 

We have been learning about Neil Armstrong and Tim Peake and enjoyed learning even more about space. During our workshop we designed and built our own rockets, testing to see how far they would fly. We made some super rockets! 

The Planetarium show was a huge highlight as we took a trip around space and learnt lots of interesting facts about the planets. 

We also enjoyed getting to explore the space and science exhibitions. There was so much to do and learn about!
