The children have thoroughly enjoyed Science Week. Many of the classes have had visitors from parents and friends of the school who have shared how science has helped them in their chosen careers. Many thanks to Mr Bradshaw, Dr Singh, Dr Colbert, Mr Best and Mrs Flood who gave up their time to visit the school. The theme of the week has been, Connections, and classes have been investigating connections within the disciplines of physics, chemistry and biology. We received some fantastic entries for the poster competition. Five entries from the school will be sent to the British Science Week organisation to be judged as part of the national competition and the winners will receive a certificate during our celebration assembly. Well done to all of the children who made a poster and thank you for your continued support.
