The whole school enjoyed an Easter day this week which focused on the events of Holy week and why Christians celebrate Easter. 

The children enjoyed making their own palm leaves and visiting St Stephen Church where Father Richard told the children the story of Palm Sunday. We waved our palm leaves as we went back to school. 

Each year group then went through the Easter story. Some of the activities included acting out the Last Supper, creating our own Last Supper picture and making an Easter promise thinking about how we can show love and kindness to others.
