In science we have been conducting comparative tests to find out what conditions seeds need to germinate. We discovered that seeds need warmth and water to germinate, but not light, as they contain a store of energy. We then went onto investigate what plants need to continue to grow healthily, acting this out in small groups.

 

This week the children were playing Kwik cricket.

 

The children have been making their own coil clay pots.

 

The children have been learning how to divide into equal quarters.
