This term we started off by sharing and writing our exciting half term news. Lots of us are able to write a sentence or more independently, using a capital letter, finger spaces and a full stop.

We are continuing our animal topic looking at minibeasts, we went on a minibeast hunt and found lots of creepy crawlies such as ants, worms, caterpillars, flies and ladybirds. We have also written some fantastic sentences about what minibeasts look like and what they do. Also, we wrote riddles about a minibeast, and designed butterflies.

In maths we have been practising ordering numbers, in ones or twos, and recalling doubles and number bonds to 10.

On a Friday we have ‘Physical Friday’ and we dedicate our outside area to lots of activities to keep us active.

We have had a very busy week!
