Year 3 have had such a busy week and have enjoyed so much this term.

In English, we have really enjoyed writing poems and using our senses to describe lemons.

In RE, we all enjoyed our 'Easter day' where we reflected on the time when Jesus was crucified and how his disciples and people at that time were effected and what we can learn from his sacrifice. We drew comic strips of the events of Holy week to help us remember the important events before sharing some bread and 'wine' to recreate the last supper. We all wrote our own prayer and made a pledge of ways we can be kind and carry on the message Jesus taught Christians of treating others how we wish to be treated and passing the act of kindness on.

Finally, we have finished making bread where we learned the process of proving the dough before kneading it and shaping it into rolls. A skill I'm sure will continue to be used and enjoyed at home.
